Job description
Lockheed Martin’s Undersea Mission Systems (UMS) team seeks a UCS Re-architecture IR&D Lead to drive the technical execution of a critical investment. You will be accountable for technical, cost, and schedule performance while managing the UMS IR&D portfolio through annual planning and current-year execution.
In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional engineering efforts, coordinate with the Chief Architect and PMO, and communicate progress and risks to senior leadership.
