Actalent is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of Design Engineers, Office Engineers, and Programmers/Machinists from Fairfield, NJ. This fully on-site contract-to-hire role focuses on mentoring, process optimization, and delivering projects within budget and schedule.
The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, drive continuous improvement, ensure ISO compliance, and collaborate across functions to support manufacturing end-to-end.
