Petticoat-Schmitt Civil Contractors, Inc. seeks an experienced Chief Estimator to lead the WWTP estimating team in Jacksonville, FL.
The role drives estimating strategy, improves win rates, and aligns with company growth goals through data-driven, risk-aware bidding practices. You will mentor estimators, oversee complex plant project estimates, and collaborate with Project Managers and field teams to ensure constructability and accurate pricing.
