Job description
H-E-B is seeking an eStore Manager to oversee the total operation of an H-E-B eStore, including customer and partner relations and financial performance. You will apply store knowledge across the organization to provide the best customer experience and drive eStore productivity.
You will manage staffing, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration with store partners, fulfillment teams, and delivery providers to ensure on-time order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
