Job description
Target is seeking a strategic, creative, and design-obsessed Lead ACD, Experiential for our NYC office. You will lead immersive concepts from idea to execution, shaping brand experiences across events, activations, and environments.
The role requires 7+ years in experiential design or spatial design, a strong portfolio, and the ability to connect creative work to business goals. This hybrid/flex role supports activations and travels as needed.
