Job description
Four Winds Casino New Buffalo is seeking a dedicated supervisor for the Food & Beverage team. You will oversee operations on your shift, ensure guest satisfaction, and enforce policies and gaming regulations with a focus on service quality and staff performance.
The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years of supervisory experience, ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain it, and knowledge of HACCP. A Level 4 Gaming License is required, and Indiana ATC permit training is essential.
