Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are an architectural metal shop specializing in luxury staircases, custom decorative railings, and high end structural accents. We are looking for a master-level fabricator welder with 10-15+ years experience to take full ownership of custom builds from prints to final polish.
What you'll do:
Fabricate complex mono-stringer and curved staircases, balustrades, and ornamental fixtures
Execute high precision TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel
Read architectural blueprints, perform shop layouts, and hold tight geometric tolerances
Deliver display ready, high-aesthetic surface finishes
What we offer:
Schedule - Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Compensation: Top-of-the market pay

Requirements:
10+ years of custom welding and fabricating experience
Expert MIG/TIG capability
Proficient with blueprints, layout and shop math
