Job description
The Maintenance Technician Il engages to provide a safe and well-maintained store environment for Nordstrom customers and employees. This role will support the Area Facility Manager (AFM) to ensure stores are ready for business daily, focusing on HVAC, vertical transportation, entries and signs, and building systems.
You will perform daily break-fix, preventative maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting, document outcomes, update CMMS, and coordinate with vendors and store leadership.
