Configure and validate inventory costing methodology (standard, average, FIFO/LIFO as applicable), cost roll-ups, variance accounts, and work-in-process treatment for batch manufacturing.

Set up and test AR, AP, and GL integration points between Feed Mill Manager / Pennent Mill Manager and accounting systems, including batch posting, distribution accuracy, and error handling.

Validate that manufacturing, shipping, receiving, and billing transactions produce correct financial results, and lead reconciliation of sub-ledgers to the general ledger during parallel testing.

Advise on pricing, contract, freight, discount, and tax configuration and their downstream accounting impact.

Training, Documentation & Team Contribution

Deliver end-user and administrator training across operational and financial workflows, tailored to mill operators, office staff, controllers, and executives.

Develop and maintain training documentation, user guides, configuration workbooks, and internal knowledge base materials.

Troubleshoot configuration, process, and data-related issues with clear, timely customer communication.

Contribute implementation insights and lessons learned back to the delivery and support teams to improve methodology.

Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while completing administrative responsibilities time entry, status updates, taskray and recap documentation accurately and on time.
