Job description
Lead Field Service Fire TechnicianAs a Lead Field Service Fire Technician, you will be responsible for leading service, troubleshooting, maintenance, inspections, commissioning, and technical support activities for fire alarm systems across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and mission-critical customer sites throughout the Syracuse, NY region. You will serve as the technical leader for complex service activities, mentor junior technicians, coordinate field execution, and work directly with customers to ensure system reliability, code compliance, and operational excellence while delivering exceptional customer service.
