Job description
Gilbane Development seeks a General Superintendent to oversee field operations on high-profile commercial projects. This is a daily on-site leadership role guiding a team of Superintendents and ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance in Syracuse, NY.
The successful candidate will bring 10–15 years of experience on $50–$100M+ projects, OSHA 30, and a construction-management degree. Procore and MS Office proficiency are required.
