Job description
LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a firm looking for a Lead Senior Financial Analyst. This role will focus on financial analysis, GL accounting, and be a liaison between the Manager and Staff/Seniors.

Financial Statement Preparation & Analysis
Consolidations & Intercompany Accounting
Month-End & Quarter-End Close
General Ledger Accounting
Journal Entries & Account Reconciliations
Management Reporting
Audit Coordination & Support
Process Improvement Initiatives
Financial Systems & Reporting Optimization
Cross-Functional Business Partnership
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
Foundation in large public accounting/audit preferred
Strong background in consolidations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting
Experience supporting month-end and year-end close activities
Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
CPA designation preferred but not required
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
