Capital One is seeking a Sr Manager IC, FinOps & AI Enablement for the Analytics Team (Remote-Eligible) in McLean, VA. You will own cost attribution, AI enablement, and production platforms, shipping three net-new systems within six months while mentoring analysts and engineers.
You will manage data pipelines, streaming infra, and Gen AI tooling, with a hands-on focus 70% and collaboration with Finance and BizOps. This role requires 10+ years of engineering leadership and cloud experience.
