Lead Fire Alarm TechnicianWe are partnered with a well-established and highly respected security and life safety systems contractor who is actively seeking a skilled Alarm Technician to join their growing team! This company prides itself on supporting employee growth and fostering an outstanding work environment.The Lead Fire Alarm Technician is responsible for overseeing installation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems while leading a team of technicians to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and lead a team of 4 fire alarm technicians on daily service and project activitiesInstall, program, test, inspect, and repair fire alarm systems and related equipmentEnsure all work complies with NFPA codes, local regulations, and company standardsCoordinate project scheduling, materials, and workload assignmentsProvide technical guidance, training, and performance feedback to team membersInterface with customers, inspectors, and project managers to ensure successful project deliveryMaintain accurate documentation of inspections, service work, and system performanceDiagnose and resolve complex system issues efficientlyQualifications:5+ years of experience in fire alarm installation, service, and troubleshootingNICET certification (preferred) or state equivalentStrong leadership and team management skillsSolid knowledge of NFPA 72 and fire/life safety systemsAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentationExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as neededTake the next step in your career — APPLY NOW!
