Job description
Quality Building Services in New York City seeks a knowledgeable Fire & Life Safety Director Supervisor for a corporate class A office building. You will monitor the fire alarm and elevator panels and serve as the primary contact for first responders during emergencies.
You will work closely with property management, security and engineering staff; plan drills; conduct safety inspections; update floor wardens; and prepare incident reports to escalate issues to management.
