Job description
The Marine Resources Commission seeks a Fisheries Aging Lab Specialist to lead routine ageing of finfish using hard parts. You will train and supervise hourly staff, coordinate lab activities, and ensure safety and organization in both dissection and ageing labs.
Responsibilities include purchasing and inventory, assisting QA/QC, preparing reports and data analyses, and contributing to outreach. Serves as secondary ageing structure reader for federally and state managed species.
