Job description
Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Department Manager to lead the Floral Department at our Brookton Corners location. You will guide the department to maximize sales and profits through effective staffing, training, and resource use, while ensuring exceptional guest service and freshness of floral products.
The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination of ordering and merchandising, and ongoing coaching to drive performance and maintain safety standards across the department.
