Job description
Trinity Services Group is seeking an Assistant Food Service Director to lead a large on-site jail kitchen operation at the Onondaga County Justice Center. You will supervise staff, manage payroll, and coordinate with the Food Service Director to ensure smooth, compliant food service delivery.
Ideal candidates have a strong background in food service management, ServSafe certification, and knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
