Job description

Valorem Reply is an award-winning digital transformation firm focused on delivering data-driven enterprise, IT modernization, customer experience, product transformation and digital workplace. Through the expertise of their people and power of Microsoft technologies, they provide hyper-scale and agile delivery of unique digital business services, strategic business models and design-led user experiences. Their innovative strategies and solutions securely and rapidly transform the way their clients do business.

A Lead Full Stack Developer at Valorem Reply combines proven technical expertise with emerging leadership skills. You will guide a delivery team, own complex workstreams end-to-end, and serve as a trusted technical partner to our clients while embodying Reply’s core values of Customer, Excellence, Innovation, Speed, and Teamwork.

Responsibilities

Autonomously drive the design and delivery of high-impact software solutions (C#, SQL, Angular/React, Azure) that meet explicit client outcomes and quality targets

Serve as the technical authority for your squad, applying deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, event-driven messaging systems (e.g., Azure Service Bus, Kafka), M365 integration, and DevOps (CI/CD with Azure DevOps)

Champion disciplined engineering practices—code reviews, automated testing, secure coding, and design patterns—to ensure resilient, maintainable solutions

Optimize CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments to shorten lead time to production while maintaining 99.9 %+ service reliability

Lead proof-of-concepts and spike solutions, framing business cases that secure stakeholder sponsorship for pilot adoption

Own the end-to-end development and delivery of software features, helping to define requirements, prototype and implement features, organize a team, and deliver products to production. Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture: delegate work effectively, provide actionable feedback, and celebrate team wins

Manage teams of 5 to 15 developers and travel up to 20 % to client sites or Reply offices as needed

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

7 years’ software development, including 3 years leading teams or complex workstreams

Expertise in C#, SQL, modern JavaScript frameworks, and Azure

Proven delivery of distributed, micro-service-based systems with robust DevOps pipelines and event-driven messaging architectures

Experience in motorsports (e.g., Formula 1, NASCAR, endurance racing) and an ability to translate high-speed, data-driven insights into innovative technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to AWS/GCP

Familiarity with iDesign principles, container orchestration, and intermittently connected architectures

Demonstrated open-source contributions or community leadership
