Job description
NewSpring Church is seeking a full-time role to develop strategy, resources, and training for Fuse staff and campus leaders. The role focuses on onboarding volunteers, equipping group leaders, and maintaining ongoing training content across multiple campuses.
You will collaborate with Learning & Development and campus leaders to align ministry training with church-wide processes, while creating shareable resources and overseeing the Student Discipleship Pathway.
