Job description
ADP is hiring a Lead Product Manager to build an AI-native HCM platform for small businesses. You will work with engineers, designers, and researchers to ship capabilities that improve daily life for small business owners.
You’ll use data, client feedback, and GenAI insights to guide the roadmap, write clear requirements, and lead teams through discovery to launch and post-launch stages.
