Job description
Greystar is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial construction projects in St. Petersburg, FL.
You will drive from earthwork to tilt-up, manage safety, quality, and budget, and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver on time and within scope. You should have 10+ years of industrial/site development experience, a track record of building strong teams, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, value-driven environment.
