Job description
Summit Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to lead hand therapy services for Westmed and mentor staff. You will perform initial exams, evaluate needs, and develop a plan of care in collaboration with referring providers.
Fabricate custom splints, document progress in EMR, and implement individualized programs to improve function. Ensure proper discharge planning and follow-up care.
