Job description
Garland is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic Supervisor to oversee diagnosis, repair, and servicing of heavy equipment and vehicles. You will coordinate shop operations and supervise mechanics. Maintain detailed maintenance records, manage parts inventory, plan repairs to minimize downtime, and train staff on best practices.
Some nights, weekends, or holidays may be required to support emergencies. This role requires strong communication, safety discipline, and the ability to work across roles
