Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an RN charge nurse in New Jersey to lead the hemodialysis team and oversee direct patient care staff. You will implement care plans, supervise staff performance, and coordinate with the Clinical Manager and physicians to ensure high-quality dialysis treatment.
Candidate must have nursing licensure in the state, dialysis experience, and strong communication skills to train, guide, and support team members while maintaining regulatory compliance and patient safety.
