Job description
Home Instead is seeking a compassionate Lead Caregiver / LNA / CNA to provide non-medical, in-home care to older adults. In this role, you will assist with personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping while offering meaningful companionship. You will help coordinate care plans, report changes in client conditions, and mentor other caregivers.
