Job description
Lead Home Repair TechnicianTruBlue of Denver West is looking for a skilled Lead Home Repair Technician to help us build the most trusted home services company in the Denver metro area. This is not an entry-level handyman position. We're looking for an experienced professional who can work independently, represent our company with confidence, and consistently deliver high-quality craftsmanship.You'll perform a wide variety of residential repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects while helping set the standard for quality across our team. Projects include:Bathroom and kitchen repairs and remodelingDrywall repair, patching, texture, and paint preparationInterior and exterior carpentryDeck repairs and framingDoor and trim installationFlooring installation and repairInterior and exterior paintingBasic plumbing and electrical repairs within scopeSenior home safety modificationsGeneral home repairs and maintenanceYou'll also:Complete projects with exceptional craftsmanshipDiagnose problems and recommend practical solutionsCommunicate professionally with homeownersMaintain clean and organized job sitesWork safely and efficientlyHelp mentor and support other technicians when neededRepresent TruBlue professionally on every jobWe're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and cares about doing things the right way.
