Job description
Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Sales (Key Holder) to inspire customers and bring the brand to life on the floor.
You will drive sales by sparking connections and creating memorable experiences for guests while supporting the management team with opening/closing routines and back-office tasks. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of retail sales experience with supervisory exposure and 1–2 years in home design, visual merchandising, or stockroom duties.
