Job description
Unity Hospice in Wisconsin’s Sturgeon Bay territory seeks a Primary Registered Nurse (RN) to lead case management for home and facility patients. Expect four 9-hour shifts weekly, with some weekend coverage, on-call shifts, and holidays. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver consistent, patient-centered care.
As a Float RN during lighter caseload periods, you’ll support the team and travel within the territory as needed, ensuring high-quality care across settings.
