Job description
Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Lead HRIS Analyst to drive configuration design decisions for our HCM platform, turning HR requirements into scalable system solutions. This hands‑on role focuses on accuracy and scalability to support our growing workforce.
You'll own security, workflows, integrations with payroll and timekeeping, data conversion, and end‑to‑end testing, collaborating with HR leadership and IT to ensure data privacy and efficient processes.
