Job description
Pickett, an ESP Associates company, seeks a Lead Engineer to provide leadership and senior-level engineering on complex HV and EHV overhead transmission projects. You will guide line routing, surveys, PLS-CADD modeling, structure and foundation design, and procurement while ensuring client satisfaction and schedule adherence.
You will lead a team of engineers, technicians and drafters, coach staff, and ensure safety and compliance across projects.
