Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance and training as needed.
Install HVAC systems according to specifications and company standards.
Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes.
Coordinate with Install Manager to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain accurate records of installations and submit reports as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer with leadership responsibilities.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation, and tools used in our industry.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Ability to read and understand Manual D and J provided by the manager per job.
Certification in HVAC systems is preferred but not required.
Requirements
Valid Driver's license.
Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
Personal hand tools, gauges, battery operated tools.
High energy level.
Experience 3-5 years minimum.
