Maycut,buildandinstallductworkand/orfurnaces,asneeded
Adheretoallsafetypoliciesandproceduresandmaintainsacleanandsafeworkenvironment
Guide,advise,andassistwithoversightoftheinstallationprocessonassignedteam(s)
Assistwithmentoringandtrainingentry-levelInstallHelpers!
Qualifications:
3+yearspreviousHVACinstallationexperience
Freoncertifications
KnowledgeofHVACcontrolwiring,refrigerationandgaspiping,systemstartup,andoperatingprocedures
Abilitytohandlephysicalworkload
Strongproblemsolvingandcriticalthinkingskills
Strongcustomerserviceandcustomerinteractionskillsonjobsites
Validdriver'slicenseandcleandrivingrecord
Goodverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
Previousexperienceinasupervisory,management,ormentoringcapacityisaplus
Previousexperienceinstallingincommercialsettingsisalsoaplus
