Responsibilities:
Lead HVAC installation projects for residential systems
Install gas furnaces, boilers, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and refrigerant piping
Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve problems on-site
Supervise and train HVAC installers and helpers
Ensure all work meets local code, safety standards, and company quality standards
Communicate with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
Job Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an HVAC installer or HVAC Technician
Experience with residential HVAC systems
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
High School diploma or equivalent required
Strong HVAC technical knowledge
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lead a team and work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
The starting base salary range for this position is $20-$35/hr. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
