Are you an experienced residential HVAC installer ready to lead by example? Busby's has proudly served the Augusta community since 1945, and we're looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, mentoring others, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation & Perks
$10,000 Signing Bonus for qualified, experienced Lead Installers
$75,000-$100,000+ annual earning potential
Competitive hourly base pay + flat-rate install pay + performance bonuses

What You'll Do
Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
Coach and mentor installers while setting the standard for quality workmanship
Complete installations safely, efficiently, and to code
Perform system startups, precision charging, and performance testing
Install ductwork, line sets, line hide, and low/high-voltage wiring
Troubleshoot installation issues independently
Maintain accurate job documentation and collect on-site payments (ServiceTitan experience preferred)
Plan materials effectively and complete jobs with minimal material shortages
Deliver clean, professional, showroom-quality installations that exceed customer expectations
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor others
Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, duct design, airflow, and system startup proceduresExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service
ServiceTitan experience is a plus
