Job description

Pfizer is seeking an accomplished Senior Scientist to lead the In Vivo Pharmacology group within Oncology Research, guiding ADC discovery programs from early discovery through preclinical development. This role requires strong oncology in vivo pharmacology expertise, strategic biomarker planning, and cross-functional leadership.
