Job description
Raven (RA Ventures) is seeking a Principal Scientist/Associate Director, In Vivo Pharmacology to lead external in vivo studies and translate strategy into a rigorous, end-to-end program. The role focuses on study design, CRO scoping, and data interpretation, with room to expand responsibilities as the portfolio grows.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in biopharma in vivo pharmacology, hands-on vendor management, and experience mentoring junior team members within a fast-paced environment.
