CHIRLA seeks a Deputy Director of Individual Giving in Los Angeles to lead fundraising strategy across donor programs, major gifts, and campaigns. The role partners with senior leadership and the board to secure contributions and guide best-practice development operations.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in donor-focused fundraising, supervisory experience, and a track record of large events. Strong communication skills and bilingual English/Spanish are essential for success.
