Marvin is seeking a Controls Team Lead to guide a small team supporting automation and controls across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will oversee PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks, troubleshoot downtime issues, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and throughput. You’ll manage small projects for new equipment and upgrades, standardize controls practices, and collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, and production.
