Job description
Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. You will use data analytics and Lean tools to identify gaps, lead high-impact CI projects, and coach teams toward operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
The role interfaces with multiple levels of management and may supervise CI resources. Strong data analysis, communication, and project leadership are essential.
