Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Inpatient Behavioral Health Group Clinician to lead and plan group treatments on inpatient units. You will collaborate with unit managers to maintain a safe therapeutic environment and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to tailor group programs to patient needs.
Responsibilities include preparing groups, leading sessions, documenting in EPIC, and communicating patient participation to the treatment team.
