Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Therapy Team Leader (RN) to oversee interdisciplinary rehab therapy services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will coordinate and supervise therapists, ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care, and support safe transitions across the care continuum. Responsibilities include daily team huddles, care planning, clinical coaching, monitoring outcomes and documentation quality, and collaborating with physicians and nursing.
