Job description
Join Encompass Health as an Inpatient Rehab Therapy Leader (RN) and guide an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation care. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee nursing and therapy services for adult inpatients, develop and implement individualized rehab plans, and ensure safe, evidence-based clinical practice.
