Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Therapy Team Lead to guide an interdisciplinary rehab team within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this inpatient rehabilitation role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality therapy services, oversee care planning, mentor therapists, and collaborate closely with nursing and physicians to ensure patient-centered outcomes. You’ll monitor clinical quality, support staff development, and help optimize workflows in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on exceptional patient recovery and strong professional growth opportunities.
