Job description
Join Encompass Health as a Therapy Team Leader in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will lead an interdisciplinary rehab therapy team, coordinate patient-centered treatment plans, mentor therapists, and collaborate closely with nursing and physicians to optimize functional outcomes. In our nurturing, dynamic environment, you’ll ensure high-quality, evidence-based care, support performance improvement initiatives, and contribute to staff development while helping patients regain independence and quality of life in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
