Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Therapy Operations Lead to coordinate and optimize therapy services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will oversee daily therapy operations, support physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams, manage scheduling and staffing, and assist with performance and quality metrics. You will collaborate closely with nursing and medical staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered rehabilitation care.
