Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Therapy Team Leader to guide an interdisciplinary rehab team in our inpatient hospital. You will coordinate PT/OT/SLP services, oversee care plans, mentor clinicians, and ensure evidence-based, patient-centered therapy delivery. Partner with nursing and physicians to optimize functional outcomes, discharge planning, and length of stay. Lead daily huddles, manage caseload priorities, monitor quality metrics, and support regulatory compliance and documentation standards. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical rehab expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for high-quality, compassionate patient care.
