Job description
Join Encompass Health as a Therapy Team Leader in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will coordinate and lead an interdisciplinary therapy team (PT, OT, SLP) in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, ensuring evidence-based, patient‑centered care. Responsibilities include overseeing caseloads, mentoring therapists, collaborating with nursing and physicians, monitoring quality and outcomes, and supporting safe, timely discharges.
