Job description
Peace River Center is seeking a Lead Technician to maintain a therapeutic, safe environment and to actively participate in the interdisciplinary treatment team. The role includes supervising and guiding staff, coordinating daily activities, and transporting patients when required.
The Lead Technician will support stabilization of crises and reintegration into the community, working closely with the Charge Nurse to meet patient needs and ensure high-quality care.
