Lead Installer | Field LeaderAstroWatt Electric is growing, and we're looking for an experienced electrician who is ready to step into a true leadership role. As a Lead Installer, you'll own residential installation projects from start to finish, lead and mentor your crew, communicate with homeowners, and make sure every job reflects the quality and customer experience AstroWatt is known for. We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to install electrical systems. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, cares about craftsmanship, and genuinely wants to help the people around them get better. What You'll Bring3+ years of residential electrical experienceExperience with residential installations and electrical systemsAbility to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install electrical systemsExperience leading a crew or mentoring other electricians is a strong plusValid North Carolina driver's license and clean driving recordHigh school diploma or GED equivalentAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningAbility to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting 50+ lbs.Strong communication and organizational skillsServiceTitan experience is a plusWe Hire for Character First.
